01 / PHOTO GUIDE
Give the model a clear reference.
Choose one consenting adult, with a clear face, good light and a visible outfit. An upper-body or full-body portrait gives more context than a tight face crop. These examples use the same synthetic adult photo as the public sample. The altered views illustrate common input problems, not tested output comparisons.

Exact file limits
- JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB.
- At least 256 pixels on each side.
- No more than 8,000,000 pixels in total.
A 4000 × 3000 phone photo is 12 megapixels and fails the pixel limit even if the file is under 10 MB. Resize it, for example to 2000 × 1500, before choosing it again.
What the local check means
A short side below 720 pixels or a landscape orientation produces a warning. Neither is a promise about the result. The browser checks file type, dimensions and size; it does not detect faces, verify age or predict video quality.
Confirm adult status and permission yourself. Safety review happens separately after submission. Read how providers handle submitted content.
02 / JOBS AND CREDITS
Check the existing task before trying again.
| What you see | Credits | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Uploading / submitting | 10 credits are reserved when a task is saved. | Keep this page open until the task is confirmed. If submission becomes unclear, check Library before making another attempt. |
| Queued / rendering / saving | 10 credits held, not yet spent. | You can leave once the task appears in Library. Return to the same account to check it. Provider queues vary; there is no guaranteed completion time. |
| Failed | A confirmed technical failure releases the held credits. | Check Account & billing. If the release is missing, contact support with the task ID. |
| Status unclear / needs checking | The reservation may remain while the original task is checked. | Use Check status on the existing task. It checks that task, rather than creating another paid generation. Send the task ID to support if it remains unresolved. |
| Saved | 10 credits spent after a valid MP4 is saved. | Play with sound and download. For face, clothing, movement, ball, goal or audio concerns, use Report a quality issue on that video. |
| Expired | Purchased credits do not expire. | The video's 30-day access period has ended. Download before expiry. Access expiry alone does not guarantee physical deletion. |
A credit release and a payment refund are different.
Releasing a failed task's reservation restores site credits. It does not send money back to your card. A quality report or refund request creates a ticket for individual review; neither automatically returns credits or cash. Include the video or task ID, and the order ID for a payment question. Find them in Library and Account & billing.

Questions, answered.
What does a credit pay for?
One standard goal video uses 10 credits. There is no free video allowance. Check Create for current generation availability.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire.
What differs between packs?
The price and number of credits. The video template is the same for every pack.
What happens after I buy a pack?
Buying credits will not start a video. Confirmed credits and your order appear in Billing. Contact support with your order ID if either is missing.
Will a pack renew automatically?
No. All three packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.
What format will the video use?
The Seedance 2.5 template requests an 8-second vertical 9:16 video at 720p as an MP4 with sound. Likeness, motion, and audio can vary between results.
