A balance you can follow
Billing shows your remaining credits and any credits held for an active video. Purchased credits do not expire. Each standard goal video uses 10 credits.
Three one-time packs
Choose 10 credits for $9.90, 30 for $19.90, or 50 for $29.90. Each goal video costs 10 credits. There is no renewal.
Review orders and support
A credit purchase does not start a video. Keep the order ID if a purchase needs attention, and use the Help support form for account or billing questions.
