For account, privacy, or billing questions, use the support form on Help.
Do not upload
Do not submit a minor's photo, private or illegal material, real match footage you do not control, or content meant for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or violence. Do not submit secrets or payment credentials.
Your responsibility
You need permission for the photo and any recognizable person, name, club mark, or other protected material you submit. Review the video for rights, safety, and accuracy before sharing it.
Private workspace
Your library is private, with no public gallery in this version. Privacy does not remove your responsibility to use authorized material.
Report a concern
Use the signed-in Help support form to report a safety, permission or account concern. Include the relevant task or video ID and a description without sending unnecessary personal information. For a visual quality issue, the completed video in Library has a dedicated report form. A ticket records your request for review; it does not promise a particular outcome or response time.
